Company Overview
 
Our client is a manufacturer and distributor of Postpartum shapewear, kids clothes and general clothing in Abuja. They operate a boutique and also run an online store. They are looking for hardworking and dedicated employees to join their team as follows:
 
ACCOUNT OFFICER
 
Key Responsibilities
 
*Manages the financial bookkeeping of the Boutique
*Processes invoices, records payments, and tracks expenses of the Boutique. 
*Manages Petty Cash for staff and Business administration
*Validates all request for advance or payments before approval
 
Qualifications and Skills and Requirements
 
*BA/Bsc/HND and OND or its equivalent
*⁠Proven relevant experience in a related role.
*Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
*Proficient in MicroSoft  Office (Excel).
*Ability to use point of sale software.
*Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts as needed.
