Job Title : Human Resources (HR) Associate

Location : Abuja

Job Summary :
We are looking for a highly skilled and professional HR Associate to support in delivering exceptional HR services to our clients.

Responsibilities :
1. Build the HR Department of Clients from scratch to finish
2. Manage the employees of Clients
3. Interfacing and engaging with Clients’ Management and their employees.
4. Initiate and implement core HR support for Clients including:
a. Developing Organograms of Client organisations
b. Develop Job Descriptions of Client organizations
c. Doing Recruitments
d. Develop and implement HR Policy Manual in Client Organisations
e. Do onboarding for new staff of Client organisations
f. Build and maintain Personnel Records of Client organisations
g. Manage Health Insurance scheme of Client organizations
h. Ensure all labour compliance such as enrolling staff of Client organisations with the NSITF, etc.
i. Manage staff grievance, conduct, leave and performance matters

j.Set up and implement performance Management programs of Client organizations
k. Handle other matters as required

Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
– At least 2 years experience in HR Management.
– Strong knowledge of Nigerian labor laws and regulations
– Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
– Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
– Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR software
– Proficiency in email application and ability to manage your email on-the-go
– Being diligent, disciplined and detail-oriented is a must.
– knowledge of payroll management is a high advantage
– Knowledge of Microsoft Excel is a must.
