Facilities Manager
 
-Key Responsibilities
 
*Responsible for liaising with clients.
*Plan and coordinate all installations and refurbishments.
*Manage the upkeep of equipment and supplies to meet health and safety standards.
*Inspect buildings’ structures to determine the need for repairs or renovations.
*Review utilities consumption and strive to minimize costs.
*Supervise all staff facilities staff  and external contractors.
 
Qualifications and Skills
 
*BSc/BA in relevant field
*Proven experience as Facilities Manager or related position
*Well versed in technical/engineering operations and facilities management best practices
*Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
*Excellent organizational and leadership skills, 
*Good analytical/critical thinking.

Graphic Designer
 
Key responsibilities:
 
*Conceptualizing Visuals: Based on project requirements, conceptualize visuals for online campaigns, print ads, websites, videos, and more.
*Creating Images and Layouts: Use design software (such as Photoshop, Illustrator, or InDesign) to create images, logos, and layouts. Pay attention to color schemes, typography, and composition.
*Collaborating with Copywriters and Creative Directors: Work closely with copywriters and creative directors to produce final designs that effectively communicate the desired message.
*Testing Graphics Across Various Media: Ensure that your designs look great across different platforms, including web, mobile, and print.
*Amending Designs Based on Feedback: Be open to feedback and make necessary adjustments to your designs.
*Capturing Attention and Conveying Messages: Your graphics should capture the audience’s attention and convey the intended message effectively.
**Requirements and Skills**
